Hi!
You remember my post about Wind Chime Tree, don’t you? It’s fine if you don’t, however, you can click here in case you want to see that post.
Those photos were taken on a bright day with a brilliant blue but slightly cloudy sky (Ah, what a lovely day it was!). In today’s post, I’m sharing photos which were taken at sunset. :)
No matter how much I wanted to and tried, I could not avoid the electrical wires coming in the frame.
(And also, silhouetted photos have no editing done on them).
I hope you like them, as much as you liked the previous ones. Do let me know! Enjoy!
“Music is the melody whose text is the world.”
Arthur Schopenhauer
“But if you love and must needs have desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own understanding of love;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.”
~ Kahlil Gibran

(The photos look better if viewed as full – Go on, click on them!)
Spend some time with music, it feels good!

Awesome photography!! Impressive.
Thank you, Rajan! So glad you visited.
I especially like the one with the sun image!
But most of them have Sun, which one exactly?
Beautiful perspectives.
Thanks, Miro.
I always love to hear from you!
A star silhouetted by a star. Mmm.
That’s a nice thought, thank you!

Thanks, TBM!

absolutely awesome, so tender and joyful!
Great photos, Nandini – I like them all.
(Don’t worry about the electricity wires in the photos. In this case, they are faint in the background and don’t intrude. In the third photo, I think they add to the overall composition).
Thank you Victoria. This is a very supportive and lovely comment.
I’m glad that you liked them.
Ooh, my fav is the second one! It has an artsy feel to it. The wires don’t even bother me as they add interest to the background.
So so nice to know that. Thanks a lot, Margie!
Sunset is beautiful indeed!
But what intrigues me is the sound it produces. I have never seen chimes that many!
It must be relaxing to rest just beneath that tree.
Thanks Nandini for sharing this!
It certainly was my pleasure.
Thank you so much for your lovely words!
Oh my. I cannot begin to imagine just how magical it must be around this tree! And you’ve almost brought the chimes out through my computer screen with your photos, Nandini. Simply beautiful.
Yeah it surely is, when the mountains winds begin to do their cool magic. Yoiu are always great with your words. Thanks, Priya, for this lovely comment.
I noticed that you have deleted your previous blog, and the last time I checked, I couldn’t access your new one. Please allow me!
I wonder what it sounds like in a gentle breeze and in a storm?
It sounds soothing and awesome in gentle winds. Never got a chance to hear it in a storm though, but I assume it can’t ever be a headache.
Thank you!
What a wonderful tree & lovely photos!! Thank you for sharing!
You’re welcome. thank you for your comment, I really appreciate it!
Marvelous!! Electric wires give a good contrast to the sounds and feel of the soothing and magical windchimes – very very cool
Oh very interesting – the way you linked the contrast factor of the wires o the sound! How very cool!
Thank you for this creative comment, loved it!
