My thoughts through my photography and sometimes simply thoughts. Why should there be definitions everywhere? I just let my life to be indefinite…at least in my mind… :)
Excellent composition. I prefer the colour one to the monochrome. For me, the texture stands out more with colour. It would be interesting to see a sepia /faded tint version.
I enjoy the first shot Nandini. Great subject. I love trees. All our trees on the Tiny Ten are special to us. Some more than others. The drought has killed quite a few of our trees. Makes me sad, but new will grow!
Isn’t it amazing what you notice in nature…works of art everywhere. Nice shots.
Yes, very true.
Thanks, TBM!
Excellent shot Nandini and I can’t pick which version I like more… Both have very unique qualities!
Thanks a lot, Marina.
Amazing textures are found in nature – I love it!
Me too! Thanks, Karen.
Super shots Nandini. I like both versions…the color for the richness and the B&W for the tones!
I was unsure at first about which one to post. But then I decided to post both, for the same reason you mentioned. Thanks, David!
Beautiful, Nandini. Those colour tones really work for me.
Thanks, Karen!
Beautiful. That quote is also special to me.
Thanks, Meanderer!

Yes isn’t it.

Even I love trees. That’s why I said that your home is situated in such a wonderful place. And yes, new will grow. Life should grow, always!
Thanks, Pix, for your wonderful comment.
Nice textures
Thanks, Stevie!
so artistic… you are amazing dear Nandini, Thanks and Love, nia
You are amazing too, Nia. Thanks, for your comment.
Liked the cracks on the tree. Reminds me that no one is perfect yet we are beautiful….
Yes, imperfection is what makes us beautiful, even though we may not want to realize that.
Thanks, Lee.
Awesome! I love the coloured version. And that quote always hits hard!
Yes, but we humans still continue to do it..
Thanks, Madhu.
Great bark study. I also love Kahlil Gibran!

Buhat khoob artist ho, issi tarah hamaisha rahena yaara !! XX
Art toh hum hi hai ya phir hum art mein hai. Agar ye hi nahin rahi, toh hum bhi nahin rahenge.
Shukriya, Shaheen. Your words always lift me up.
Seriously, I thought it was biscotti! Food on my mind.
OHHH
That’s a new thought. I like it. May be I could have titled it that. It would have been amazing to see what people would had to comment. HEHEHE.
Thank you so much, Eliz! You make me wonder!
