Twilight Colors Today

“For age is opportunity no less Than youth itself, though in another dress, And as the evening twilight fades away The sky is filled with stars, invisible by day.”
~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Oh, Sun forgot to take “pink” with it.

“Twilight, again. Another ending. No matter how perfect the day is, it always has to end.”
― Stephenie Meyer, Twilight

Monsoon “Observations” from Today

I’m posting after one month (I did miss WP, of course), and what a month it was!:)

Busy, yet wonderful!
Rainy and wet, yet enjoyable!
Wonders of new events with… Warmth of old memories!

I can go on and on. Hehehe.
For now, let’s just focus on today – a cool cloudy day with lots of rain.

……………………………

“Ooooh Aaah, take the world, Paint it Red!!” -

“Resting bicycle and insect” -

Dull Reflections” -

“An ant on the yellow” -

Green Diving Boards” -

“The Slope”

“Machine and Delicacy”

“To see is to forget the name of the thing one sees.”

It’s raining outside! Wanna join me for a cup of coffee? :)

Soft “Sepia” Stories

Just some flowers, drops, leaves, clouds…

Date of photography: June 09, 2012

“It’s not my story anymore: whenever I speak about the past now, I feel as if I were talking about something that has nothing to do with me. All that remains in the present are the voice, the presence, and the importance of fulfilling my mission. I don’t regret difficulties I experienced; I think they helped me to become the person I am today, I feel the way a warrior must feel after years of training; he doesn’t remember the details of everything he learned, but he knows how to strike when the time is right.”
~ Paulo Coelho

High Contrast: Rise and Shine!

This sky photo is from September last year. I have actually shared this one before as well (long time back).
But the only reason I’m sharing it again, is because I’m missing my home and the weather there. The sky that day was really bright and beautiful. In other words, unforgettable.

I’m sure most of you are seeing this picture for the first time on my blog. :)

High contrast? To completely silhouette the slightly-silhouetted mountain and to focus more on the clouds. Look at them, they are so dreamy. ..!

Good day to you!

“Smoky” Evening

“Silence on a hill where the path ended
and then the forest below
moving in one long whisper
as evening touched the leaves.”
~ William Stafford

I didn’t quite understand why the clouds were like this that evening. Anyway, it was wonderful!

Date of Photography: December 19, 2011 (Just after the sunset…) :)

Four-Layer Morning Cake

It must be someone’s birthday in the nature’s gardens!

;)

“A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.”

–Albert Einstein

Faraway Mountains – AGAIN! :D

So by now, perhaps, most of you would have come to know about my love for these faraway mountains, as this is my third post on them. You can click here and here if you want to see those posts.

The very reason that my camera isn’t capable of clicking them, makes me more in LOVE with them and fascinates me to capture the drama which unfolds around them on different days. So even if the pictures are not that clear and GREAT, I am still going to share them here. :)

And I would again like to mention - Not Edited & Not Framed. (Execpt for the last one, I cropped it) :D

Way too dramatic the next day…! :)

Closer on the snowy part -

Without the “Zoom”. I loved the clouds, that’s why. :)

Thank God, the drama got over and I could see the blue sky! :D

(Click on the pictures to see them in a better way.)

Have a good day, everyone! May your camera gets fascinated by your photographic mind. ;)

That’s Our Home!

Blue? Check.

Green? Check.

Clouds? Check.

That’s Earth! Isn’t it still wonderful, after all these billion years?!

Cheers to “Our” home!  :D

Ever wondered - there are no man-made distinctions as seen from up above?
All is same and pretty. :)

So, cheers again and Happy Holidays. :)

Revision (23.01.2012): I wanted to add this quote I found on Savira’s website which she had shared via a picture. It just reflected my thoughts on this post, so here it is -

In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true.

A Beautiful Christmas Morning

. . . Merry Christmas . . .

:)

Just looking at sky, beautiful shapes forming and dissolving into the blue again, and it is happening again and again, mesmerizing me, making me wonder… making me fall in love with the nature all over again. What else could I have asked for? I mean, I found love in its purest form… I’m grateful. :)

Hope this Christmas, you gave and received love, even if was little.

:)
